Mini Courses
These are delivered in short, bootcamp style sessions to kick start your wellness journey. Focusing on small areas of change the min courses are a great way to introduce some of the building blocks of lifestyle changes.
Each course is self-guided, so can be done at your own pace.

Healthy Eating Habits and Mindset Programmes
These two separate programmes run over a set number of weeks. Each programme is made up of two week blocks, focusing on a different topic or habit. The blocks build upon skills learnt in the previous ones.
Delivered largely via a free mobile app, the programmes are easy to follow and use positive psychology to reduce overwhelm and provide a support network to keep you motivated and on track.
Transformational
Imagine having a toolbox full of strategies and tools that you can use to start living your healthiest life today.
This easy-to-follow programme will show you how to live a life full of health, vitality, joy and passion. Helping you find your own unique path through your menopause with the easy to achieve targets. Encompassing the Healthy Eating Habits and Mindset Programmes with additional tools, challenges and resources. This is a 12 month programme, that guides you through a coloured flame grading system, introducing the slow change method of habit forming. Most clients see improvements in as little as two weeks and find they can maintain the changes longer than they have done with more complicated, harder-to-follow programmes.

What can you expect from The Phoenix Method programmes?
People often fail to stick to a programme when they can’t see results as quickly as they like. This is often down to a lack of motivation, not being in the right mindset or life getting in the way, and they need the proverbial kick up the backside to get moving.
The programmes are designed to be progressive and provide you with tools to provide support and increase your accountability, to help YOU stick with the plan.
There is a Facebook group specifically for members, where you can share your successes and seek support on things you are finding difficult. It is a positive group and as your head coach, I encourage positivity.
I can provide you with the tools, but it is up to you to use them, I can’t do that bit for you.

The Trouble with Fibroids.
I decided to write this post as I have fibroids. I have had an operation to remove them but they have come back and they do cause me some issues.
Often these may go undiagnosed and may be masked by other symptoms, they certainly were for me.
So how did I find out?
Reduce Stress and Get Grounded.
We all experience stress, anxiety and overwhelm at various points in our lives. Although not all stress is bad for you, in fact, some is good to help trigger us into taking action, prolonged stress and anxiety can have a significant effect on our physical and mental wellbeing.
Stress triggers our bodies to produce adrenaline and cortisol, the “flight or fight” hormones, overstimulating our nervous system, causing an increase in our heart rate and generating feelings of fear and anger. Grounding helps soothe our fractious nervous system so we can return to the present moment and are able to function more effectively.
